# Set up with your agent

> Paste one prompt into a coding agent and let it install okibi and build your CLI.

Coding agents such as Claude Code and Codex can run the whole Okibi flow. Paste this prompt into your agent from the project you want a CLI for:

```text
Read https://okibi.ai/docs/agents/quickstart.md and follow it to build a CLI for this project with Okibi.
```

The agent installs okibi, which also installs the Okibi skill for detected agents, checks your login, and asks you which source to use before it uploads anything.

## What you still do yourself

- **Log in once.** The agent asks you to run `okibi auth login`, because the login opens your browser. It never asks for your API key.
- **Choose the source.** The agent confirms the directory, repository, docs URL, or OpenAPI document before the build starts.
- **Approve paid changes.** The agent only changes a subscription when you say so.

## Already have okibi installed?

The installer adds the Okibi skill to `~/.agents/skills/okibi` and links it into the agents it finds. Ask your agent to "use the okibi skill to generate a CLI for this repo". See [The okibi skill](https://okibi.ai/docs/agents/skill.md).
