# The okibi TUI

> Run okibi with no arguments for a guided workspace in your terminal.

Running `okibi` on its own opens a full-screen terminal UI. It walks you through your first CLI and then becomes a place to chat with the generation agent.

```sh
okibi
```

Use `okibi --no-tui` to print the help instead.

## Slash commands

Type these in the TUI's input:

| Command | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| `/login` | Log in in your browser, or create an account |
| `/new` | Set up a new CLI |
| `/projects` | Browse your CLIs and pick one to work on |
| `/generate` | Generate a CLI, from a directory or `--repo`, `--docs`, or `--spec` |
| `/simulator` | Try a CLI's commands in a safe preview |
| `/done` | Leave the simulator |
| `/publish` | Release a generated CLI and get its install command |
| `/runs` | Browse your recent runs |
| `/attach <run-id>` | Rejoin a live run |
| `/workspace` | Set this machine's default workspace |
| `/github` | Connect GitHub |
| `/welcome` | Replay the getting-started checklist |
| `/status` | Show who you're logged in as |
| `/logout` | Log out of this machine |

## Rejoin a session

A generation keeps running after you close the TUI. Reconnect to it, with the full transcript replayed:

```sh
okibi attach <run-id>
```
