## okibi billing change

Change the workspace's plan using the dashboard's billing flow. The self-service plans are Free and Pro (`production` is accepted as a legacy alias). Upgrades can charge immediately; downgrades may be scheduled. Enterprise requires contacting sales. Requires --yes. If approval is needed, a checkout URL is returned; check billing status after completing it.
